I originally requested a quote to figure out how much it’d cost to repair ducting in my crawl space, due to a rodent problem. James came out and was able to fix it same day! He gave me before and after pictures of his work and explained the whole process to me. I’m extremely relieved to know I found my HVAC guy! He has been so informative and understanding. Our air conditioner was not cooling the house yesterday, so I called Four Seasons, they sent James, by my request, our favorite guy to help us once again. He was here right on time this morning 8:15, so happy to see his smiling face, he checked everything out and gave us good news, it was low on freon, off he went to buy it and right back to put it in. It is working great!! We had Four Seasons twice now, James fixed our furnace last winter, we highly recommend Four Seasons. Thank you James again for your kindness and knowledge.

My husband and I are buying a home and wanted to get a second opinion on the 2 HVAC units from the whole home inspection. It was very easy and fast to book online and received an immediate response. I even received a text when James and Marci were on the way and an introduction. James did a thorough inspection, pointing out things and giving recommendations. As soon as he was done we received the recommendations of the inspection with photos to show everything that was checked. The gentleman who arrived to my residence was James. He was very knowledgeable of my system, great customer service. He ran a pressure test on the system and he was able to get cool air running throughout my home before he departed. Awesome Job!!!!!!
